Bester Caviar Introduction (MALOSSOL) 10g
Bester caviar comes from the hybrid of Beluga and Sterlet, combining the refined taste of Beluga with the early maturity of Sterlet. This results in a sustainable, high-quality caviar with a delicate yet complex flavor profile.
Our Bester caviar features medium to large glossy eggs (2.5-3.5 mm) with a silky texture and a color ranging from dark gray to deep black. Processed using Malossol techniques, it preserves the rich, nutty notes characteristic of the finest sturgeon caviar.

What Does "MALOSSOL" Mean?
MALOSSOL is our promise of premium quality.
This Russian term means "little salt." It signifies that our caviar is prepared with a minimal amount of salt to preserve its delicate, natural flavor.
· Better Taste: Enjoy the pure, buttery taste of the roe, not an overpowering saltiness.
· Fresher Product: This method is only used for the highest grade, freshest caviar.
· Handle with Care: Because it's lightly preserved, keep it refrigerated and consume it promptly after opening.
Choose MALOSSOL for an authentic, superior caviar experience.
